Kevin Corum attended the University of Louisville and graduated with a Bachelors degree in finance in 1993. Kevin has over 13 years of financial experience. Kevin worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst for Kindred Healthcare and was a controller for Asia-Link. Kevin earned the designation of Certified Internal Auditor in 2004 from the Institute of Internal Auditors. With his addition to the staff in 2005, Kevin’s strong background in finance has ensured that FMS is positioned with the resources it needs to continually meet the varied demands of a growing service business. |

Scott Koloms attended the University of Louisville and went on to become a Business Technical Writing instructor at Kent State University while working on his PHD in Workplace Literacy. Scott assumed the reigns of the family operation in 2001 upon the unexpected death of his father. Scott’s teaching background has lent itself to the development of superior in-house training materials and programs for FMS. Through Scott’s leadership and innovation FMS has experienced rapid growth in both revenues and employees. FMS boasts upwards of $4 million in annual revenues and 200+ employees all the while maintaining a customer retention rate well above the industry average. |

Leigh Anne Kleitz attended the University of Louisville and Jefferson Community College with Majors in Education and Accounting. She has spent the past 10 years in the Janitorial and Services field as an Account Executive and a Regional Manager. She has worked for industry leaders such as Lakeside Building Maintenance, ABM Janitorial and KIMCO, Inc. Joining FMS in 2007 with over 15 years experience in a management position, Leigh Anne brings demonstrated abilities that will enhance our customer service commitment. She believes that through constant contact, supervision, education and training that she can continually develop her staff providing FMS’ customers the support, service and quality that they deserve and expect. |

Loren Morris joined FMS in 2004 after working in the construction industry and managing distribution and packaging operations for a local company. Loren spent his first year launching FMS’ construction cleaning division, eventually forming a separate company FMS-CC. Through Loren’s leadership and keen eye for quality and customer relations the company prospered and evolved into much more than just construction cleaning. In 2008 FMS-CC will roll that success back into the parent company and Loren will head the Specials Division for FMS. FMS’ Specials Division will include construction cleaning, window and carpet cleaning as well as one time and scheduled contractual floor maintenance. Loren has demonstrated a true desire and ability to stand out in a crowd of competition in the specials arena. |

Charlie Hall attended the University of Louisville and California Coast University earning a BS in Management. He has over 20 years of operations and business development experience in retail, banking and the facility services industry. In 1993 Charlie was a founding partner of Professional Cleaning Network, LLC in Louisville. He has been involved in the start up of several other facility service companies and in 2005 sold his primary business to a 1400 employee regional janitorial company, Aetna Building Maintenance of Columbus, Ohio. Charlie then assumed the role of Branch Manager for Aetna in Louisville and Central KY. Joining FMS in 2006, Charlie brings many resources to our team. |
