Cathy Russell, HR Manager Cathy is a graduate of Katherine Gibbs Business College in Connecticut. She moved to KY in 1995 and her background is strong in supporting sales, marketing and customer service functions. She has been with FMS since 1998 and her continued dedication to our customers and staff make her a true asset to FMS. |

Shirley Bean, Area Supervisor Frankfort, Lawrenceburg and Lexington
Shirley is a lifelong resident of the Lawrenceburg area and brings over 30 years of operational experience to FMS. Joining FMS in 2000 after the closing of Union Underwear, where she worked for 24 years, Shirley is the embodiment of dedication and company spirit. Her customer retention is among the best in the company and she always looks for ways to improve the operation to her customer’s benefit. |

Mae Bray, Area Supervisor Shelbyville, Simpsonville and Eminence
Mae has over 40 years of experience in manufacturing and production environments and has been a life long resident of Shelby County. Mae has bee with FMS since 2002 and sees herself as the “momma” for our company. She keeps our company grounded in its roots and provides exceptional service to her customers and support to her employees. She consistently has the highest customer satisfaction surveys in the company. |

Shelly Dunn, Area Supervisor
Shelly joined FMS in 2007 bringing over 12 years of experience in multi account janitorial supervision. Shelly prides herself on commitment to her customers and employees. |

Elece Diehlman, Warehouse and Office Support
Elece attended the University of Louisville. She has several years of inside sales and customer satisfaction experience. She joined FMS in 2007 to provide sales and support to our post construction division. Her expanded duties include hiring, operations support and warehouse management for our Louisville Office. |

Waryd Cady, Area Supervisor Louisville and Bullitt County
Waryd joined FMS in 2008 after 20 years military service and over 5 years supervisory experience in the private sector. Waryd has earned his Associates Degree in Technology and is currently enrolled in Indiana Wesleyan University to obtain his Bachelors Degree in Business. Waryd and his family have lived in Kentucky for over 10 years. Waryd believes customer service, leadership and excellent communication skills are what our customers expect and deserve while also giving support and training to his employees. |

Joyce Diehlman, Area Supervisor Louisville
Joyce joined FMS in 2008 and has over 20 years of real estate and office management experience. Joyce prides herself in being organized and diligent in quality control. Joyce continues to show her employees and customers the difference a positive can-do attitude can make.

Mikal McGrath, Carpet and Floor Care Manager
Mikal joined FMS in 2009 bringing over 25 years of experience in janitorial and floor care. He attended IU and has multiple industry related certificates demonstrating knowledge of the cleaning industry. He brings a can do attitude to his team.

Joe Dawahare, Branch Manager Lexington
Joe, a native of Pikeville, KY, has lived in Lexington for the last 34 years, where he served as general counsel/secretary for Dawahares Stores. He has a BA in accounting and a JD degree from University of Kentucky. Joining FMS in 2009, Joe brings an in-depth knowledge of the Lexington Area and the needs of our newest branch. We are excited the experiences, connections and opportunities that Joe will create for FMS, its employees and customers.
