Charlie Hall, President of Hall Consulting Services, is one of 240 Certified Building Service Executives (CBSE) in the United States. The CBSE (Certified Building Service Executive) designation is a designation awarded by the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) that indicates the individual has met educational requirements, passed a rigorous examination, and ascribes to a pledge to uphold the professionalism in all aspects of his/her business. Fewer than 1% of all facility service professionals have achieved this type of certification. The BSCAI is the IFMA of the building service industry and represents over 4000 member companies internationally. As the founder and former owner of several facilities service companies, as well as roles in senior management with 2 regional janitorial service providers, he brings over 18 years of industry specific experience to customers. Charlie is very engaged in the community, serving on the GLI Total Resource Campaign leadership team, the GLI Capital Projects and Improvements Advisory Committee and the Board of the Bullitt County YMCA. He has served on the BSCAI Annual Convention and Education Committee and has spent numerous years interacting with local IFMA and BOMA chapters. Overall, Hall Consulting offers FMS and its clients an objective eye from which to view their facilities services.

Hall Consulting Services is uniquely qualified to provide a complete and accurate independent assessment of the success of FMS’ service delivery. Each facility receives an initial assessment with members of both companies and, when possible, the customer. Moving forward, Hall Consulting Services conducts regular audits of FMS’ service delivery. These audits are matched to individual customer specifications and industry standards for acceptable service delivery. Hall Consulting will also utilize its expertise to suggest to FMS and the customer when they could benefit from additional services in their facility to better satisfy the needs of the facility and its occupants. The audit process further allows an opportunity for the customer to discuss challenges and successes with an independent consultant. The end result is to ensure that service delivery is satisfactory and results driven.
